Kakadu plum has been used for thousands of years in traditional Indigenous Australian culture and is well known for its medicinal properties. It contains extremely high levels of vitamin C or ascorbic acid - up to 50 times the amount in oranges! This smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day, packed full of vitamins and full of fibre.
