2 cups rolled oats |
¼ cup finely shredded coconut |
2 2½ Tbsp macadamia nut meal |
2 2½ Tbsp chia seeds |
1 egg white |
2 2½ Tbsp peanut oil |
¼ cup pure maple syrup |
Mixed berries |
Plain greek/natural yoghurt |
White chocolate melts, melted |
Preheat oven to 180°C/356°F. Line a 16 x 26cm slice pan with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Press mixture into pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and cut into slices to serve.
