Mixed Berry & Yoghurt Granola Bar

Low FODMAP Mixed berry and yoghurt granola bar

Whether it is a healthy make-ahead breakfast or a lunch box snack, this recipe is the perfect low FODMAP treat! Simply mix, bake and serve.


2 cups rolled oats

240 g 8.5 oz

¼ cup finely shredded coconut

19 g 0.7 oz

2½  Tbsp macadamia nut meal

12 g 0.4 oz

2½  Tbsp chia seeds

24 g 0.8 oz

1 egg white

40 g 1.4 oz

2½  Tbsp peanut oil

36 g 1.3 oz

¼ cup pure maple syrup

84 g 3 oz

Mixed berries

150 g 5.3 oz

Plain greek/natural yoghurt

200 g 7.1 oz

White chocolate melts, melted

50 g 1.8 oz


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/356°F. Line a 16 x 26cm slice pan with baking paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Press mixture into pan.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

  5. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and cut into slices to serve.
